Refund Policy

You are paying for the hairstylist's time, products, and other expenses used to provide you with the service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with the service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. A fix can be done to improve your current situation. Any adjustments will be complementary if the artist is at fault. Concerns raised after 72 hours of your last appointment will not be addressed.


No refunds or exchanges for online orders.

We value every customer and strive to provide a positive experience both in our salon and through our online store.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Salon Services

At Hair Designs, all salon services are customized specifically for each guest. Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of beauty and hair services, completed salon services are non-refundable.


However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you contact our salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your concerns and work toward a reasonable solution.


We are proud to provide professional hair styling, hair coloring, balayage, highlights, extensions, hair treatments, men’s grooming services, bridal hair services, and more for clients throughout Baldwin Park, Covina, and West Covina.


Product Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible retail products purchased directly from Hair Designs.


To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • Products must be unopened and unused
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase


The following items are non-returnable:


  • Opened or used haircare products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or special-order products


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after approval.


Shipping Policy

Hair Designs proudly offers professional salon-quality haircare products including Moroccanoil and Milbon products for customers throughout the United States.


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.


Orders placed:


  • After business hours
  • On weekends
  • On holidays


will begin processing on the next business day.


Processing times may increase slightly during holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected during checkout.


Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.


We encourage customers to carefully review all shipping information before placing an order. Hair Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by:


  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Delivery interruptions outside our control


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.


If additional assistance is needed, our team will gladly help review the shipment and provide support whenever possible.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Hair Designs, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide timely service to all clients.


Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.


Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients needing appointments.


Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may need to have their services modified, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the stylist’s availability and the services booked.


No-Show Policy

Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be asked to provide a deposit for future bookings.


Bridal, Extensions & Specialty Services

Certain specialty services including:


  • Bridal hair services
  • Hair extensions
  • Color correction
  • Balayage transformations
  • Large appointment blocks


may require a non-refundable booking deposit.


Deposits help reserve dedicated appointment time and stylist preparation.
